The Green Collar Youth Workers Training Program was successfully completed over five days, offering young participants comprehensive knowledge in the field of energy efficiency and sustainability. The program addressed legislation related to energy efficiency, legal requirements, and energy audits through case studies. In-depth information was provided on the concept of sustainability, global climate change, Turkey's energy outlook, and the importance of renewable energy sources. Furthermore, practical solutions applicable in daily life were discussed, such as energy saving at home and energy efficiency in industry and buildings.

Participants were introduced to 5th Region incentives, KOSGEB grants, and sample incentive projects, learning how they can benefit from this support. The necessity of green transformation in a circular economy was emphasized, covering sustainable economic models like green transition and green taxonomy. The program also provided information on water and ecological footprint management, sharing methods on how to reduce environmental impacts.
